Lagoon At Dawn

The cabanas here at Crooked Tree Lodge are nestled amongst the Log Wood, Coconut Palms and centuries old Bullet tree's that hug the shore of Crooked Tree Lagoon.  Each cabana has a small deck facing the lagoon, maximizing your views of the incredible sun and moonrises while enjoying the cool breeze that blows across the mile wide lagoon. Whether Birdwatching with a coffee in the morning or relaxing with a good book in the heat of the day the views are truly stunning.  

The cabanas all have a private bathroom with sink, toilet and hot and cold shower. None of our cabanas have AC but they do have standing fans that you can place to suit your needs.

Housekeeping is done on request only and absolutely no one is allowed to enter your cabana without your express direction. We also have an array of items that you may wish to borrow during your stay, from hairdryers, iron and ironing boards to birding reference books  ( Please refer the your in room guest directory ). 

A couple of things that you may wish to bring with you, would include, a Head Torch a small compact Umbrella and some insect repellent.

We are surprisingly  free of biting insects and mosquitoes here at the lodge, we do get a few at first and last light and they traditionally last for about 30 mins or so.

 Crooked Tree Lodge will be operating slightly scaled down from normal. This means the number of guests will  be between 6 / 8  so no big crowds and the perfect amount of like minded people to dine and converse with during your stay. We will have three or four cabanas operating during the season.
